Carla Chiorazzo Joins Adolfson & Peterson as Chief Financial Officer
Carla Chiorazzo has taken the helm as chief financial officer at Adolfson & Peterson Construction, stepping into the role to bridge the gap between fiscal oversight and field operations. Her appointment follows a two-decade career managing complex financial portfolios within the federal construction and design-build sectors.

Chiorazzo joins the Minneapolis-based firm with a mandate to refine project controls and sharpen the forecasting tools used by operational leaders. CEO Brad Hendrickson noted that her arrival is intended to foster a more collaborative environment where finance directly supports the company’s broader business strategy.
Before this appointment, Chiorazzo served as CFO at Conti Federal. Her background includes a tenure as vice president of finance at PAE, where she oversaw financial processes for a $3 billion portfolio and a workforce of 15,000. A certified public accountant with an MBA from Drexel University, she officially began her duties at the family-owned construction firm on August 3.
