Brian W. Katz Appointed Chief Investment Officer at Prosperity
With three decades of experience in portfolio construction and equity research, Brian W. Katz has been tapped to lead the investment strategy for Prosperity, an EisnerAmper company. He joins the firm to oversee market research initiatives and refine asset management processes for the organization’s growing roster of private and corporate clients.
Katz arrives at Prosperity following a tenure leading the investment committee at Focus Partners Wealth. His background includes significant work on RIA advisory councils for major financial institutions like BlackRock and Ares. In his new capacity, he will work directly with the firm’s leadership to integrate bespoke investment solutions into the existing client experience.
Prosperity President Michele L. Martin noted that Katz’s client-centric approach will be central to the firm’s expansion efforts. A CFA Charterholder and University of Massachusetts finance graduate, Katz also maintains active roles with the Boston Security Analysts Society and the Massachusetts Service Alliance. His appointment signals a strategic move to strengthen the firm’s internal investment expertise as it operates under the broader EisnerAmper consulting umbrella.
