DXC Technology Names Lisa Beaudoin as Chief Product Officer
Lisa Beaudoin takes the helm as DXC Technology’s new Chief Product Officer, tasked with unifying the company’s fragmented product development efforts. Reporting to President Paul Taylor, Beaudoin will oversee strategy and engineering across the global portfolio, aiming to accelerate the delivery of AI-driven, scalable enterprise solutions.

Beaudoin’s appointment marks a strategic pivot for the Ashburn-based firm as it seeks to consolidate its internal operations. Previously serving as Vice President of Platform Innovation and Automation, she recently co-led the development of DXC OASIS, an AI-powered orchestration platform currently utilized by 57 customers. This move follows a broader leadership restructuring that includes the appointments of Paul Taylor, Dan Gray, and Holly Grant, signaling a push to align product development with customer-centric outcomes.
In her expanded role, Beaudoin will apply the methodology used to launch DXC OASIS to the company’s wider product suite. By centralizing engineering and lifecycle management, DXC aims to reduce operational complexity and ensure its offerings remain consistent across its Core and Fast Track strategies. Before joining DXC, Beaudoin co-founded enterprise software company Brightspot and held leadership roles at WebMD, AOL, and The Wall Street Journal.
