The company’s adjusted net investment income rose to $0.34 per share, up from $0.31 in the previous quarter. CEO Craig W. Packer noted that portfolio stability and credit performance remained in line with internal expectations, allowing the firm to operate with a leverage ratio at a two-year low. As of June 30, the company held investments in 229 portfolio companies with an aggregate fair value of $15.0 billion.

During the second quarter, Blue Owl saw $319 million in new investment commitments, while sales and repayments totaled $747 million. The firm also executed $35 million in share repurchases, which contributed to its net asset value. Looking ahead, management signaled an intent to deploy capital selectively, citing a strong liquidity profile and a favorable environment for new investment opportunities as market conditions stabilize.
