The company’s financial performance for the period ending June 30, 2026, reflects a steady expansion in its Mid-Continent operations. Net income reached $26.7 million, or $0.72 per basic share, supported by a 48% rise in total revenues compared to the same quarter last year. This growth is largely attributed to new production from its operated development program and favorable commodity price conditions.

Operational efficiency remains a core focus for the company, which continues to maintain a debt-free balance sheet with $114.7 million in cash and cash equivalents. Looking ahead, CEO Grayson Pranin noted that the firm is preparing to integrate new assets in the Cherokee Play—including 21 wells and roughly 7,000 net leasehold acres—into its existing portfolio. The company’s ongoing commitment to safety, now exceeding four and a half years without a recordable incident, continues to underpin its operational strategy.
