Bliss Baby Brings Spa-Grade Skincare to Walmart Aisles

The spa brand that redefined self-care in the 1990s is turning its attention to the nursery. Bliss Baby has launched a trio of fragrance-free, plant-powered essentials at Walmart stores nationwide, aiming to elevate infant skincare rituals with products that meet rigorous dermatologist-tested standards rather than traditional baby-soap benchmarks.

The expansion introduces three core products to the mass market: the Glow Up Soothing Baby Oil, the Head to Toe Shampoo + Body Wash, and the Cuddly Cloud Baby Lotion. The brand is positioning these items as a premium alternative for parents seeking transparency, omitting parabens, phthalates, and sulfates in favor of botanical ingredients like jojoba oil, shea butter, and calendula extract.

Validation from third-party evaluators accompanies the retail rollout. The Glow Up Soothing Baby Oil recently secured a win in the Good Housekeeping 2026 Parenting Awards, while all three Walmart-exclusive products achieved high ratings on the ingredient-scanning app Yuka. The baby oil and lotion both earned perfect 100/100 scores, with the shampoo and body wash following closely at 93/100. Beyond this initial collection, the company continues to offer a broader range, including sprayable diaper rash creams and mineral-based sun protection, directly through its website.
