Alcott HR CEO Steve Politis Joins FAPEO Board
The Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations has appointed Alcott HR CEO Steve Politis to its Board of Directors. This move integrates his decade-long experience in national industry advocacy into the Florida market, where professional employer organizations serve a critical role in the state’s evolving employer services sector.
Politis, who has led Alcott HR since 2015, brings a history of executive and legal expertise to the role. His appointment follows his tenure as Chairperson of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, where he also co-chaired the New York State Leadership Council. Beyond his current board seat, he is set to chair the Employer Services Assurance Corporation.
FAPEO focuses on legislative engagement and regulatory education for firms operating within Florida. For Alcott HR, the appointment signals an ongoing effort to influence workplace policy and promote standardized practices for small and mid-sized businesses.
