The firm’s sustained top-tier status underscores a strategic focus on R&D, rapid global expansion, and an extensive localized service infrastructure across 100 countries.
The company’s recent technological trajectory is anchored by the launch of the PowerMatrix Inverter at SNEC 2026, a system architecture designed to improve stability and efficiency in diverse power scenarios. Sungrow also completed the industry's first field engineering validation for wide-frequency oscillation solutions, a critical step toward stabilizing renewable energy integration at scale. These developments are supported by an R&D department where technical staff constitute roughly 40% of the total workforce.
Operational scale remains a primary driver of this market position, with the company boasting over 1 TW of cumulative grid-connected experience.
