Mycom and Nasctech Partner to Automate Global Telecom Operations

The collaboration merges Mycom’s service assurance portfolio with Nasctech’s operations automation software. By integrating anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and intelligent dispatch, the companies aim to streamline network management while reducing operational complexity. Nasctech will also leverage its systems integration arm to deploy these applications, targeting faster digital transformation for global operators across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

John Turnbull, Chief Revenue Officer at Mycom, stated that the partnership is designed to help operators manage increasingly dense network environments more efficiently. Peter McEntee, Chief Operations Officer at Nasctech, added that the integration of their low-code platform with Mycom’s AI tools is expected to accelerate time-to-value for CSPs. This joint effort focuses on providing a unified path for operators to modernize their infrastructure, improve service quality, and maximize the return on existing technology investments.
