Nona Carroll Named Chief Program Impact Officer at Employ Prince George's
Nona Carroll, a veteran of Maryland’s workforce development sector, has been appointed Chief Program Impact Officer at Employ Prince George’s. Starting August 10, 2026, she joins the executive team to oversee program performance and bridge the gap between local residents and high-growth employment opportunities across the county.

Carroll arrives with over 15 years of leadership experience across the nonprofit, corporate, and education landscapes. Most recently, she served as Chief of Talent Ecosystem at Baltimore's Promise, where she designed workforce initiatives that created career pathways for youth throughout the state. Her resume also includes key executive roles at the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education, including a stint as Interim CEO, and a tenure at T. Rowe Price.
In her new role, Carroll will shape the strategic direction of workforce programs while managing partnerships that connect employers with skilled talent. LaTara T. Harris, President and CEO of Employ Prince George's, noted that Carroll’s track record of securing multimillion-dollar investments and navigating complex cross-sector partnerships will be vital to the organization's mission. Beyond her professional duties, Carroll remains active in the policy sphere, serving on the Board of Maryland Nonprofits and the Pillar 3 Advisory Committee for the Blueprint for Maryland's Future.
