Fusion Connect Launches Flat-Fee Pricing for AI Contact Centers
Atlanta-based Fusion Connect is moving to eliminate the uncertainty of token-based billing by introducing a flat-fee pricing model for its AI-powered Contact Center as a Service platform, aiming to remove the financial barriers that currently stall enterprise-wide adoption of artificial intelligence tools.

Most AI solutions currently rely on complex usage metrics, forcing businesses to estimate token consumption before deployment. Fusion Connect intends to replace this volatility with a transparent, per-seat monthly structure for core features like Agent AI Assistance and CX AI Analytics. High-volume automation services, such as Autopilot Agentic AI, will transition to simple packages based on anticipated call volumes.
John Nee, Chief Marketing Officer at Fusion Connect, stated that the company wants to allow organizations to prioritize customer experience improvements over deciphering unpredictable invoices. By stabilizing costs, the firm expects to streamline the sales process for its technology partners and accelerate the integration of AI into routine business operations like technical support and billing inquiries.
