Everpure Secures Second Major Hyperscaler Design Win
Santa Clara-based data storage firm Everpure has locked in a supply agreement with its second top-five global hyperscaler. This deal, announced August 10, 2026, marks a significant expansion for the company as it scales its software-driven storage architecture to compete with legacy providers in the high-stakes cloud infrastructure market.
The agreement centers on Everpure’s DirectFlash technology, which the company claims provides the density and performance necessary to support massive AI-driven workloads. By consolidating storage tiers into a unified architecture, the firm aims to help cloud giants reduce power consumption and reclaim valuable rack space in their data centers.
Charles Giancarlo, chairman and CEO of Everpure, noted that the win serves as a validation of the company's architectural shift away from traditional storage models. While the company anticipates the deal will become a material revenue contributor starting in fiscal year 2028, the financial impact remains subject to deployment timelines and order volumes from the unnamed hyperscale customer.
