Ridloff, a CFA charterholder currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sionna Therapeutics, joined the Immunic board effective August 6, 2026. Her background includes a tenure as executive vice president and CFO at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals, where she managed significant capital raises and supported pipeline expansion. She also held leadership roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Maverick Capital.

Immunic CEO Erik Lundgren noted that Ridloff’s expertise will be essential as the company prepares to report top-line data from the Phase 3 ENSURE trials for vidofludimus calcium. The company is also moving toward initiating a confirmatory Phase 3 program for progressive multiple sclerosis. Ridloff’s appointment follows her previous board experience at Kymera Therapeutics and Kronos Bio, providing the company with a seasoned perspective as it transitions toward commercialization.
