Nano-X Investors Face Final Deadline in Securities Class Action
Investors who held Nano-X Imaging Ltd. stock between March 31, 2025, and April 17, 2026, face a final opportunity today to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation, spearheaded by Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP, centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding operational efficiency and manufacturing capacity.

The complaint alleges that Nano-X management overstated demand for its products while masking a surge in cash burn and operational expenses. These issues culminated in an April 20, 2026, disclosure revealing a $33.4 million net loss for the fourth quarter of 2025. The company attributed $17.5 million of this loss to asset impairment at its Korean chip manufacturing facility, prompting a sudden shift toward an outsourced production model. Following these disclosures, the company's stock price dropped 24.39%, closing at $2.155 per share.
The fallout also led to the departure of Chief Financial Officer Ran Daniel, who announced he would step down effective July 31, 2026. During the subsequent earnings call, CEO Erez Meltzer confirmed the necessity of reducing operating expenses and restructuring the Korean operations to align with actual market demand. Shareholders seeking to participate in the legal action must contact the firm by the end of the business day, August 11, 2026.
