The retailer’s revenue climbed to 379 million ILS during the quarter, supported by increased customer traffic and a larger average basket size. Gross margin saw a significant expansion of 330 basis points to 47.1%, aided by the strengthening of the shekel against the dollar and improved supply chain efficiencies. Adjusted EBITDA rose 37.1% to 77.5 million ILS, highlighting effective operational management despite the timing of the Passover festival impacting quarterly comparisons.

For the first six months of 2026, the company reported a 15.5% revenue increase to 780 million ILS, with net income totaling 85.8 million ILS. CEO Ori Max credited the results to a combination of merchandise variety and investments in distribution capabilities. While net financing expenses rose due to losses on dollar hedging transactions, the company maintains a solid cash position of 132.5 million ILS. The dividend is scheduled for payout on September 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 18.
