P3 Services Joins 2026 Inc. 5000 Following Aggressive Expansion
From three founding companies to a network of 20 firms across eight states, P3 Services has secured a place on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. The non-franchise plumbing platform has leveraged a blend of organic growth and strategic acquisitions to scale its operations since launching in 2022.
Backed by Stellex Capital Management, the Hockley, Texas-based company has moved beyond its initial plumbing installation roots. The organization now manages a diverse portfolio that includes backflow testing, restoration, and pumping services for residential, multi-family, and commercial clients. This model relies on maintaining local brand identity while centralizing back-office functions like marketing and operations.
CEO Terry Young credited the ranking to the performance of partner brands, which include names such as 2 Sons Plumbing, Sewer Lines Only, and Pride Plumbing. President Chad Lusco emphasized that the company plans to continue its pursuit of market-leading local businesses. With over 2.8 billion dollars in assets under management, Stellex Capital remains a primary driver behind P3's ongoing efforts to consolidate the fragmented U.S. plumbing sector.
