The Caesarea-based firm saw its second-quarter revenues reach $90.2 million, a 42.3% increase compared to the same period last year. CEO Karen Cohen Khazon attributed the growth to a combination of organic development and the successful integration of recent acquisitions, including Phoenix in the United States and Romessence in France. This dual-track strategy has pushed the company’s current annual revenue run-rate to approximately $380 million.

Profitability metrics mirrored the top-line growth, with net income for the first half of 2026 surging 80.9% to $19.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA reached $40.0 million for the half-year, representing 23% of total revenues. With cash balances of $50.9 million and a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1.8, the company maintains a stable financial position to continue its pursuit of market expansion. Turpaz currently operates 30 manufacturing and research sites, serving over 4,900 customers across 100 countries.
