To bridge this gap, Charlotte-based Medality has launched a dedicated job board integrated directly into the professional education platform used by over 40,000 active subscribers.
The platform serves a dual purpose: it offers radiologists, residents, and fellows a curated space to find roles while providing health systems and private practices with a direct pipeline to highly engaged talent. Because users already rely on the site for case-based learning, CME compliance, and subspecialty training, the hiring interface meets them exactly where they are investing in their professional growth.
