The Inc. 5000 list evaluates private companies based on three-year revenue growth, placing Sanas among a prestigious group of past honorees that includes Microsoft and Meta. Since its inception at Stanford University, the company has focused on real-time speech translation and noise cancellation, aiming to bridge communication gaps for global enterprises. CEO Sharath Keshava Narayana attributed the growth to the widespread adoption of their technology by major corporations, including UnitedHealth Group, American Express, and Wells Fargo.

Sanas currently manages millions of daily voice interactions, utilizing partnerships with large-scale BPO providers like Teleperformance and Concentrix to integrate its infrastructure into existing customer service workflows. According to CTO and co-founder Shawn Zhang, the platform was created to address the impact of accent bias in professional settings. The company’s performance reflects a broader surge in the sector, where the median revenue growth for listed businesses reached 130% over the past three years.
