Schick arrives at the Lake Mary, Florida-based firm with over thirty years of experience in the healthcare sector. Her background includes a recent tenure as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Zelis, alongside senior leadership positions at Humana and UnitedHealth Group. Her appointment signals a strategic push to deepen the company’s influence in managing the high costs associated with musculoskeletal and cardiovascular care, a segment where TurningPoint currently oversees more than $4 billion in annual expenditures.

The transition comes as health plans grapple with increasing clinical and financial complexities. TurningPoint’s platform, which currently serves 45 million covered lives, relies on a network of over 100 board-certified surgical sub-specialists and predictive analytics to ensure medical necessity. Jeff Alter, Executive Chairman of the Board, noted that Schick’s ability to align clinical rigor with commercial strategy is essential for the company's next phase of growth. Schick intends to focus on expanding the firm’s reach by enhancing provider enablement technologies and scaling the existing model to new health plan partners nationwide.
