The firm now occupies 24,279 square feet in Atlanta, a spatial expansion that mirrors its internal transformation. Since the office opened in 2025, the firm has expanded from a singular focus to six distinct practice groups, marking a 500% increase in service capabilities. This diversification has been fueled by a 185% surge in attorney headcount, resulting from a mix of lateral talent acquisitions and organic recruiting.

CEO and Managing Shareholder Jeff Grantham characterized the rapid scaling as a validation of the firm’s strategic entry into the Southeast. Atlanta Office Managing Shareholder Robert Rearden noted that the new floor space is a direct response to a growing roster of complex legal matters. Construction on the additional office level is slated for completion in January 2027, signaling the firm's intent to maintain its current momentum as a hub for its national operations.
