Nanyang Biologics Clears SEC Hurdle for $1.5 Billion Nasdaq Listing
With a US$1.5 billion pre-transaction valuation in sight, Singapore-based Nanyang Biologics has secured notice of effectiveness from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its Form F-4 registration statement, marking a definitive step toward the company's debut on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol NYB.

The9 Limited, which holds an equity stake in the firm through its Gamenow.net subsidiary, expects to retain a 15% to 16% interest in the combined entity once the transaction closes. The listing remains contingent upon final approval from Nasdaq and the outcome of an extraordinary general meeting of the involved SPAC, scheduled for August 19, 2026.
NYB operates as an AI-first drug discovery laboratory utilizing a proprietary library of over one million natural compounds. Its core technology, the DTIGN neural network, predicts compound binding to disease targets, feeding into the company's Vecura AI platform. To scale these operations, NYB has cultivated a network of high-profile technical partners, including NVIDIA, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Equinix, alongside participation in the Johnson & Johnson Innovation JLABS program.
