Vantaca Secures Sixth Inc. 5000 Appearance as AI Adoption Scales
Wilmington-based Vantaca has earned the No. 873 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, marking its sixth consecutive year among America’s fastest-growing private companies. The recognition arrives as the firm accelerates the rollout of its agentic AI tools designed to automate routine back-office workflows for community association managers.

The company, which manages over 6.5 million doors across the U.S., recently launched its HOAi Fleet platform. This suite aims to automate 90 percent of operational tasks by the end of 2026. Data shows that 250 management firms have already utilized Vantaca’s AI to complete five million tasks, resulting in millions of dollars in labor savings. CEO Ben Currin credited the growth to a customer base willing to adopt automation to expand their portfolios without increasing headcount.
Client performance metrics highlight the practical utility of this software. Alliant Property Management added 5,000 units to its portfolio without hiring new staff, while EJF Real Estate Services slashed invoice processing times by more than 90 percent across 35,000 doors. Lisa Leath, Chief People Officer, attributed the firm's rapid product velocity to its ability to attract top-tier engineering talent, which has allowed Vantaca to outpace industry competitors in shipping new features.
