Westerville Inventor Debuts Wearable Breathing Aid
Seeking a more immediate solution for anxiety management, a Westerville, Ohio, inventor has developed the Breathing Buddy, a wearable device designed to provide instant access to guided breathing exercises. The accessory aims to bypass the friction of smartphone apps, offering a hands-free tool for those navigating daily stress.
The device features a compact, stylish design intended for continuous wear, removing the need to search for software or carry handheld hardware. By integrating the exercise directly into a wearable form factor, the inventor targets individuals managing mental health conditions, including ADHD, autism, and panic disorders. The project is currently being managed by InventHelp’s Cincinnati office.
InventHelp is now seeking manufacturers and marketers interested in licensing the design for broader distribution. The concept prioritizes accessibility, aiming to provide a tactile, non-intrusive method for users to ground themselves during moments of high stress or sensory overload.
