The Hod Hasharon-based firm saw its total revenue climb 15% year-over-year, buoyed significantly by its SECaaS division, which brought in $9.4 million—a 47% increase compared to the same period last year. This momentum, particularly within the North American market, prompted CEO Eyal Harari to express confidence in the company’s trajectory. Harari noted that the firm’s solid execution throughout the first half of the year provides clear visibility for the remainder of 2026.

Alongside the improved revenue forecast, Allot’s board approved a $40 million share repurchase program, signaling a shift toward aggressive capital allocation. The company ended the quarter with $107 million in cash and cash equivalents. With SECaaS annual recurring revenue reaching $36.1 million in June, management anticipates that this security-focused segment will sustain a growth rate of 40% or more for the full fiscal year.
