Trent Harrison, president of the MidAtlantic division, attributed the contract win to the firm’s established reputation in the region. The management transition focuses on shifting the community toward a proactive financial model and an enhanced resident experience. FirstService Residential, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation, currently manages a wide range of residential properties, utilizing centralized support for energy management and financial services to maintain property values.
