Remepy Secures $36 Million Series A to Scale Hybrid Drug Pipeline
Remepy, a startup developing hybrid therapeutics that pair prescription medication with AI-driven software, has closed a $36 million Series A round. The infusion brings the company’s total capital to $62 million, fueling a global Phase III clinical trial for its Parkinson’s disease treatment, Hybridopa, slated to begin in late 2026.

The financing round was co-led by O.G. Venture Partners and M Ventures, the venture arm of Merck KGaA, with participation from a broad group of investors including NFX, Qumra Capital, and Vine Ventures. Remepy’s core technology integrates pharmacological compounds with adaptive behavioral and cognitive interventions delivered via digital applications. This approach aims to provide multidisciplinary care through a standard prescription model, creating new intellectual property and lifecycle management opportunities for pharmaceutical partners.
The company’s lead program, Hybridopa, recently demonstrated efficacy in Phase IIa trials, showing improvement in both motor and non-motor Parkinson’s symptoms. By combining clinical data with AI-driven personalization, Remepy intends to differentiate its offerings within a competitive therapeutic landscape. Beyond Parkinson's, the company is also collaborating with Merck KGaA to explore applications for its platform in the treatment of rare tumors, leveraging evolving FDA regulatory frameworks for drug-software combination products.
