It also facilitates discrete property acquisitions to protect a buyer’s identity and manages the secure deletion of behavioral data from smart home systems during a sale.

Complementing this, the SCOUT program—Security and Conditions Overview for Upcoming Travel—moves away from broad destination risk assessments. Instead, analysts produce briefings tailored to a client’s specific itinerary, lodging, and personal exposure profile. According to partner Kia Hakimi, the initiative stems from the reality that buyers often inherit the risk history of an address, ranging from a prior owner’s public profile to the proximity of high-visibility neighbors. Both services are now available nationwide on a confidential, engagement-specific basis.
