Akshatha Shetty Named Director of AI Solutions at E Tech Group
To bridge the gap between complex industrial data and practical automation, E Tech Group has appointed Akshatha Shetty as Director of AI Solutions. Based in West Chester, Ohio, Shetty will spearhead the firm’s strategy to integrate machine learning into manufacturing environments, moving beyond isolated pilots toward scalable, production-ready systems.
Shetty arrives with 18 years of experience in enterprise technology, robotics, and edge computing. Her mandate involves refining how the company applies AI within IT/OT environments, ensuring that manufacturing intelligence projects remain grounded in the technical realities of plant operations. She joins the firm at a time when industrial organizations are increasingly seeking to monetize the vast data flows generated by their existing control systems and sensors.
CEO Matt Wise noted that Shetty’s background in multidisciplinary engineering is critical for clients who need disciplined, governance-focused approaches to digital transformation. Her initial priorities focus on building repeatable delivery models and strengthening the firm's strategic technology partnerships. Prior to this role, Shetty held various leadership positions and holds advanced credentials from the University of Southern California and the Wharton School.
