Cosmetic Physician Partners Breaks Into Inc. 5000 Top 500
Securing the 414th spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, Cosmetic Physician Partners has cemented its position among the fastest-growing private firms in the U.S. The Dallas-based network, which currently operates 77 medical aesthetics clinics, achieved this growth while maintaining a unique, practitioner-owned business structure.

The company distinguishes itself in a crowded market by eschewing private equity investment, opting instead for a model where doctors, nurses, and staff retain majority ownership. This strategy has already resulted in over $60 million returned to practitioner-owners through two separate distributions. CEO and co-founder Dan Schacter points to this financial autonomy as the primary driver behind the network's rapid expansion and internal stability.
Beyond pure revenue figures, the firm has funneled significant capital into infrastructure, advanced equipment, and comprehensive provider training programs. By prioritizing high-level clinical development and staff retention, the organization maintains a competitive edge over corporate-backed rivals. For the network, this recognition serves as a validation of its long-term partnership model, which aims to provide independent medspa owners with the scale of a national entity without sacrificing their professional stake in the business.
