Since its founding nearly 11 years ago, the firm has transitioned from a traditional staffing agency into a strategic partner for Fortune 1000 brands, including Lowe's, Sabre, and Primo Brands. CEO Adam Morgan attributes the sustained growth to a collective effort across all departments, from finance to delivery teams. The company’s recent work with Driven Brands to launch a digital experience for Take 5 Oil Change underscores a shift toward prioritizing human impact over mere technical deployment.
Even as the firm integrates a new proprietary AI-enabled delivery platform, leadership maintains that these tools serve primarily to amplify the productivity of its high-performing staff. According to Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman, honorees like Elevate Digital represent the primary engine of the American economy, having collectively generated over $385 billion in 2025 revenue. For Elevate Digital, the focus remains on solving complex transformation hurdles, such as fragmented customer journeys and stalled AI adoption, through disciplined delivery.
