Frasle Mobility hits record 20.4% EBITDA margin in second quarter
Frasle Mobility posted net revenue of R$1.4 billion for the second quarter of 2026, marking a 1.8% year-over-year increase. The Caxias do Sul-based manufacturer achieved its highest-ever EBITDA margin of 20.4%, driven by successful integration efforts and a strong performance in international engine-related product lines.
The company’s quarterly earnings reflect a broader strategy of consolidation and operational efficiency. Net income reached R$88 million, an 82.1% jump compared to the same period in 2025. This profitability stems largely from the finalization of the Nakata integration, including a full ERP system migration, alongside the ongoing absorption of Dacomsa. These moves have allowed the firm to expand its portfolio effectively within the Mexican market.
International operations remain a primary revenue pillar, generating US$138.6 million, representing a 7.5% increase over the previous year. While domestic revenue climbed to R$684.4 million—an 8.6% rise—the company continues to balance its global footprint against shifting market demands. The firm's operating profit hit R$217.3 million, underscoring the impact of their recent acquisition-driven growth trajectory on the bottom line.
