The Inc. 5000 recognition arrives as AllOne Health scales its operations, reaching a network of over 11,000 customers. The firm provides counseling, crisis support, and organizational consulting, balancing human-led care with digital tools. According to CEO Keith Wasley, the company’s trajectory is defined by a shift in how assistance programs function, moving beyond traditional models toward integrated, whole-person care. This growth is evidenced by a recent internal study on the efficacy of short-term counseling in improving workforce well-being.

To qualify for the list, AllOne Health met rigorous criteria, including demonstrated revenue growth between 2022 and 2025 and independent, U.S.-based ownership. The 2026 cohort collectively added more than 627,200 jobs to the domestic economy, a metric that Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman attributes to the resilience and customer-centric strategies of the honorees. For AllOne Health, the ranking serves as a benchmark for its ongoing strategy to expand its footprint in both corporate and educational wellness markets.
