Orly Pascal Named Chief Human Resources Officer at ADAMA
Crop protection giant ADAMA has appointed Orly Pascal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, tasking the veteran executive with overseeing the company’s global workforce strategy and organizational development. Pascal, who joins the firm’s Global Leadership Team, officially assumed her new role on August 12, 2026.

Pascal brings over two decades of experience to the role, most recently serving as EVP and Deputy to the CEO at Phoenix Financial Ltd. Her background includes a significant tenure at Cellcom, where she managed human resources for the entire group, and a series of senior positions at Teva Pharmaceutical. During her time at Teva, she focused on international markets and global support functions, gaining expertise in large-scale organizational transformation and succession planning.
ADAMA CEO Gael Hili cited Pascal’s background in complex global organizations as a primary driver for the hire. He noted that her track record in strengthening organizational effectiveness will be essential as the company refines its operating model for its next growth phase. Pascal holds an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies and a B.A. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is expected to focus on fostering internal culture and developing leadership pipelines to support the company’s long-term objectives.
