Autoliv Declares Quarterly Dividend of 87 Cents
Autoliv, the global automotive safety systems manufacturer, has announced a quarterly dividend of 87 cents per share for the third quarter of 2026. The company’s board confirmed the payout as it continues to distribute returns to shareholders while maintaining its position as a major supplier for global automakers.
Shareholders of record by the close of business on August 28 will receive the payment in mid-September. For those holding common stock on the New York Stock Exchange, the dividend is payable on September 15. Investors holding Swedish Depository Receipts on Nasdaq Stockholm are scheduled to receive their payments on September 16.
The ex-dividend dates are set for August 27 for Swedish Depository Receipts and August 28 for common stock. Autoliv, which reported $10.8 billion in sales during 2025, currently employs 64,000 people across 25 countries, focusing on the production of airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels.
