Indochino Targets Retail Growth with Ten New Showrooms
After posting six consecutive quarters of positive EBITDA, Indochino is launching its most significant retail expansion in years. The custom apparel brand plans to open ten new standalone showrooms across the United States in 2027, signaling a strategic shift toward a smaller, more localized store footprint.

The company has confirmed the first six locations, including sites in Cherry Hill, New Jersey; Columbia, Maryland; Ross Park, Pennsylvania; Brea, California; Roosevelt Field, New York; and Boca Raton, Florida. Four additional sites remain under final lease negotiation and will be disclosed in the coming months. This move marks a pivot to a small-format retail model that President and CEO Drew Green expects to sustain for the next decade.
Each location will replicate the brand's core service model, featuring one-on-one sessions with style guides and access to the company’s full range of made-to-measure suits, shirts, and outerwear. By leaning into this inventory-free showroom approach, the firm aims to capitalize on localized customer data and growing demand for personalized tailoring experiences. The expansion follows a period of financial stability for the Vancouver-based company, which reported record quarterly EBITDA in the second quarter of 2026.
