As the market research industry battles a surge in bot-driven fraud and AI-generated survey responses, Westborough-based My-Take has launched DQM™, a dedicated management system designed to sanitize data before it impacts business decisions. The tool integrates into the company’s Insight Community+™ platform to automate respondent verification and behavioral analysis.

The research sector faces a mounting crisis, with industry reports indicating that up to 5% of all research records are directly linked to fraudulent activity. My-Take’s new system attempts to bridge the gap between manual oversight and automated defense by implementing a multi-layer screening process. The technology operates through three distinct channels: access and identity verification, respondent behavior monitoring, and content analysis. By utilizing tools like IP enforcement, keystroke analysis, and gibberish detection, the platform aims to filter out low-effort or bot-generated submissions in real-time.

Beyond basic automated blocks, the system introduces a Data Quality Review Console. This interface allows research teams to manage flagged responses, apply strike systems to persistent bad actors, and maintain accountability within their communities. While the core features of the system are available to all clients, the platform also offers advanced AI-powered text and video audits for deeper scrutiny. According to My-Take co-founder Todd Hoskins, the goal is to provide a 'bulletproof' layer of protection that manual review processes currently cannot achieve on their own.
