For the six months ending June 30, the Toronto-based firm reported an operating loss of $3.8 million, a stark reversal from the $0.2 million loss recorded in the first half of 2025. This downward trend persisted into the second quarter, where the company saw a net loss of $4.4 million, or $0.47 per share, compared to a $0.2 million loss in the second quarter of the previous year.

As of June 30, the company held $1.6 million in cash, down from $2.7 million at the close of 2025. Total liabilities currently stand at $30.3 million, exceeding total assets of $24.7 million and resulting in a shareholders' deficit of $5.5 million. Management continues to navigate a complex environment, citing risks such as the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and the volatility of the medical cannabis sector in its primary operating regions.
