Kenady Minley Honored with 2026 Ally Sees Her Award

Minley, a finance manager at the Bourbonnais, Illinois dealership, has spent the last two years optimizing financial operations. Her work includes reducing aftermarket cancellations and chargebacks while elevating customer satisfaction metrics. Beyond the dealership floor, she serves as the Outreach Coordinator for the NAMAD NextGen initiative and helped establish the Dealer Ownership Academy, focusing on resource allocation for emerging industry leaders.

"This recognition is meaningful because it reinforces why this work matters: creating pathways, opening doors and helping more future leaders see what is possible," Minley said during the ceremony. Tammy Linkfield, Senior Vice President of Auto Central Region for Ally, noted that Minley’s efforts to mentor the next generation align with the award’s core mission. To mark the achievement, Ally is donating $10,000 to Kothi Dance, a Milwaukee-based organization that provides African and Caribbean cultural arts programming for local youth.
