The BCG-150 utilizes heavy-duty cutting knives to process difficult organic matter, ranging from animal bones and meat byproducts to various agricultural wastes. By reducing volume, the hardware prepares feedstock for downstream recovery applications, including rendering and recycling. The unit functions either as a standalone solution or as a critical component integrated into larger waste management architectures, such as Power Knot’s proprietary LFC biodigester systems.

President Iain Milnes cited a shift in customer requirements as the primary driver for the update, noting that clients increasingly seek flexibility in how they handle complex waste streams before final processing. The updated shredder is available immediately, expanding the company’s current portfolio of onsite handling equipment designed for commercial, industrial, and military environments.
