KB Home Launches Brighton Crossings Development in Colorado
Priced from the $460,000s, the new Brighton Crossings community has officially opened for tours in Brighton, Colorado. Located near the intersection of Longs Peak Street and North Golden Eagle Parkway, the development offers single-family detached homes positioned with direct access to Interstate 76 and Denver’s primary employment corridors.

The project features a mix of one- and two-story layouts, with floor plans accommodating up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Residents gain access to a suite of resort-style amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pools, a splash pad, and various sports courts. The community is situated within the Brighton School District 27J and sits a short drive from downtown Brighton’s local dining and shopping districts, as well as the recreational offerings at Barr Lake State Park.
Kevin McAndrews, president of KB Home’s Colorado division, noted that the development focuses on providing buyers with personalization options through the company’s design studio. Each property is built to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards, a benchmark currently held by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide. Sales offices and model homes are now open for both walk-in visits and private appointments.
