Shareholders of Visteon Corporation will receive a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per common share, following an announcement from the company’s board of directors on August 17. The payout is scheduled for distribution on September 15, 2026, for those listed as shareholders by the close of business on September 1.
The automotive technology firm, headquartered in Van Buren Township, Michigan, maintains a focus on software-defined cockpit electronics and integrated EV architectures. The company reported annual sales of approximately $3.77 billion in 2025 and secured $7.4 billion in new business contracts. Visteon currently operates across 17 countries, providing display and AI-enhanced software solutions to global original equipment manufacturers.
