Tahmeeda Bushra Khorasani, Director of Supply Chain Innovation and Supplier Ecosystem at Arkestro, has been named a 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award recipient. Recognized in the Trailblazer category, she is celebrated for her efforts in advancing AI-powered predictive procurement and mentoring the next generation of professional leaders.
Spanning nearly two decades, Khorasani’s career includes high-level roles at Chevron and leadership across Bangladesh and the United States. Her experience spans global energy infrastructure, logistics, and materials management. Since joining Arkestro, she has transitioned from a practitioner who once utilized the platform to an advisor guiding Fortune 500 enterprises through digital transformation. She remains focused on scaling AI expertise to shift procurement from an operational necessity to a driver of enterprise growth.
Beyond technical innovation, Khorasani has a long history of fostering inclusivity. At Chevron, she led women's networks across multiple countries, including Kazakhstan, France, and Angola, expanding leadership development opportunities for women in the sector. Greg Cruz, Chief Customer Officer at Arkestro, noted that her ability to turn innovative ideas into measurable results has made a significant impact on both the company’s internal teams and the broader industry. This recognition arrives as Arkestro scales its operations ahead of its upcoming Optimal '26 event, scheduled for October in Houston.
