Reese will remain with the company until August 16, 2027, serving as a senior advisor to CEO Greg Case to ensure a smooth transition. Case credited Reese with driving the firm’s 3x3 Plan and strengthening its growth engine during his tenure. The outgoing CFO leaves behind a leadership team that the firm asserts is well-positioned for continued performance.

Virani, who previously led Aon’s Global Head of Corporate Planning and Analytics, assumes the role with an extensive background in the financial services sector. His experience includes an 18-year tenure at American Express, where he held various CFO positions across London, Frankfurt, and New York, as well as a leadership role at Broadridge Financial. As interim CFO, Virani will report directly to Case and oversee the finance organization, keeping the firm’s focus on the financial discipline and investment strategies established in recent quarters.
