Home Genius Exteriors Opens Charleston Branch to Bolster Southeast Reach

Max Alesi, the company’s co-founder and executive vice president, will oversee the Charleston operations. His mandate includes establishing the firm's established corporate culture and managing a service portfolio that spans roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutter installations. The Charleston site joins a network already operating across thirteen states, including Maryland, Virginia, and New York.

CEO Jeff Gunhus pointed to the region’s growth as a primary driver for the move, emphasizing that the company intends to replicate its established service model in the city. Beyond core contracting, the company plans to integrate its Home Genius Cares initiative locally, pairing with area nonprofits to extend its community impact. The move is expected to generate local career opportunities as the firm scales its workforce to meet regional demand.
