SecureSpace Expands Footprint With New Wynwood Facility
More than 179,000 vehicles pass the site daily on Interstate 95, highlighting the strategic position of the latest SecureSpace self-storage facility. Located at 650 NW 30th Street, the seven-story property marks the company’s fourth expansion into the Miami metropolitan area, serving a dense market of over 317,000 residents.

The new Class A climate-controlled center provides 104,166 square feet of storage capacity, divided into 1,193 individual units ranging from 5x5 to 20x26. With 76% of the local population identified as renters, the site addresses a high demand for urban storage solutions. This location joins existing SecureSpace operations in Coral Gables, Coral Way, and Homestead.
Management is currently upgrading the facility to align with its premium brand standards. Planned improvements include a contemporary redesign of the leasing office and the installation of proprietary AI-enabled security cameras and sensors. Despite ongoing renovations, the facility remains operational. Customers can manage reservations, view unit specifications, and complete rentals digitally through the company website or by contacting their support line.
