Curavit Acquires Lindus Health Assets to Scale Global Clinical Trials
Boston-based Curavit Clinical Research has acquired the CRO assets of Lindus Health, a move that pushes the company into the European market. By merging remote site infrastructure with new international operations, Curavit aims to provide life science sponsors a single, agile partner for decentralized and hybrid multi-country clinical studies.

The acquisition arrives as Lindus Health pivots to focus exclusively on its internal therapeutic pipeline under the new name Lindus Therapeutics. For Curavit, the deal bridges the gap between regional niche providers and slower, legacy-driven organizations. The combined entity offers a unified platform for pharma, biotech, and medtech companies to manage patient recruitment and site activation across North America and Europe simultaneously.
CEO Joel Morse noted that sponsors no longer need to navigate fragmented partnerships to conduct global research. By integrating Lindus’ European team and assets with Curavit’s existing remote clinical site technology, the firm intends to reduce trial timelines and improve participant retention. Nate Lentz, a board member and managing partner at Osage Venture Partners, described the shift as a necessary evolution for sponsors seeking flexible, technology-enabled evidence generation. The expanded organization is now positioned to handle full-service clinical trials, ranging from digital health studies to traditional prospective research.
