Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund to Execute 1-for-10 Reverse Split
The Board of Trustees for the Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund has approved a 1-for-10 reverse share split, set to take effect before the market opens on September 30, 2026. This consolidation aims to lift the fund's per-share market price while maintaining the total value of existing shareholder investments.

Under the new structure, every ten outstanding common shares will convert into a single share. While this process reduces the total share count, the move does not alter the underlying portfolio or the aggregate value of holdings. Shareholders will retain the same percentage of ownership, though individual accounts will reflect a higher net asset value per share. The fund will continue to trade on the NYSE American under the ticker DHY, though it will adopt a new CUSIP number, 22544F202.
UBS Asset Management, which assumes control of the fund's branding on September 4, 2026, expects the price adjustment to attract a broader investor base and improve secondary market liquidity. To manage fractional shares, the fund’s transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, N.A., will aggregate and sell these remnants, distributing the net proceeds pro rata to affected shareholders. No action is required from investors, who will receive further documentation directly from the transfer agent regarding the transition.
