The technology acts as a component of a broader care pathway, rather than a standalone replacement for in-person examinations.

Pulsenmore currently operates three distinct service models in Israel: a national service managed by Clalit Health Services, a home hospitalization program, and this hybrid monitoring system designed for high-risk pregnancies. According to CEO Dr. Elazar Sonnenschein, the move into the Ichilov-based hospital provides a foundation for extending these services to more remote regions in northern and southern Israel, where distance to medical centers often complicates frequent monitoring requirements.
