Hexaware Launches AI-Driven Platform to Tackle Vulnerability Backlogs
With 99% of AI-detected vulnerabilities remaining unpatched, Hexaware Technologies is launching Zero Vulnerability, an automated service designed to bridge the gap between rapid threat discovery and enterprise remediation capacity. The platform aims to accelerate the resolution lifecycle while verifying that security flaws are fully neutralized in production environments.

As the volume of security findings outpaces the bandwidth of engineering teams, the industry struggles to keep up. According to the Verizon 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report, the remediation rate for critical vulnerabilities has plummeted to 26%, while the time required to resolve them has stretched to 43 days. Hexaware’s new offering, powered by its Zerovity AI layer, targets this bottleneck by automating the ingestion, prioritization, and routing of security data across custom code, SaaS, and third-party infrastructure.
Rather than forcing a rip-and-replace approach, the tool integrates with existing security stacks to identify high-risk threats and confirm their removal. In a recent internal pilot, the company consolidated 334 findings across production codebases, verifying only 14 as genuine threats while uncovering a previously undetected authentication-bypass weakness. By shifting the focus from simply marking tickets as closed to verifying actual risk reduction, Hexaware intends to help organizations keep pace with the accelerated threat landscape created by AI-driven discovery.
